PRESENTATION:
I am a Mechanical Engineer Industrial, I gained experience both in the design that the company’s organization covering tasks that have allowed me to improve my skills in various business areas.
I am determined to achieve results, I have good interpersonal skills, dynamism and initiative, skills in problem solving, teamwork and leadership skills.
My interest is addressed both in research and product development in both organizational and area of production flows and management of orders.
In addition, the training that I’m doing [Marketing and Corporate Organization] allows me to learn and use economic and marketing tools in every business to improve knowledge of the market on which the products are placed above all propose new looking even alternative markets.

Since 10/2014 “Head of Development” – development manager with the following areas of responsibility:

  1. Coordinating development of new product design activities, managing the technical and ensuring the correct use of resources, including consultants and / or colleagues of the group companies;
  2. In line with the Company’s strategies, contribute to the drafting of new products to the innovation of existing ones;
  3. Ensuring excellent results in terms of output, lead time, quality and costs of projects managed;
  4. Ensure compliance of product development programs, formulating periodic reporting;
  5. To contribute to the selection and evaluation of the supply chain in order to ensure the correct balance between process / quality / price offered by each supplier;
  6. Contribute to the improvement of product quality and reduction of cost;
  7. Ensure continued compliance with the regulations in force with regard to the protection of safety in the workplace and their equipment;
  8. Support the professional growth of the employees managed by identifying the key players and proposing specific training plans;

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE IN ESMACH
In the Technical Department from 01/2006 to currently with various roles:

  • Project leader and designer of machines and plants with the aid of the 2D-3D CAD systems (Inventor). Analysis and cost reductions through redesign and special machines. The development of joint projects with the technical departments of the other French companies allows me to participate in meetings related to the advancement of the projects often in France.
  • Industrialization and T & M in the Project Leader role with the operations team to perform the coordination task of the reorganization of production on the basis of Lean Production and attention to compliance with the timing based on GANTT planning during the first phase from 2006 to 2011. Planning of production lines (layout), division assembly steps, definition of machine assembly instructions, study, design and construction of special equipment for the production lines, choice of equipment (pneumatic, electric, etc.) that best meet individual steps and ergonomics, development of masks for the quality control of the “special” in production during acceptance, assembly and final testing, reorganization and restructuring of part of the Commercial and Service offices, negotiation with suppliers services and materials, coordination of work phases of internal teams and esterne.Nel Shipyard Kaizen (September 2013) with the role of Deputy Team Leader and the Head of the layout study and industrialization of the product and the process.
  • SAP Coordinator for the management and organization of product-product data (items, configurable products, Distinguished bases produced, mounting cycles, regulations, etc.).
    Create configurable products, product and process optimization. Phases of shared coordination with the other companies of the AFE group and team work both in Italy and in France.

  • From January 2001 to November 2001 in the employ of Antonio Zamperla S.p.A. .: designer for a company operating in the design and construction of rides and attractions for fixed and mobile amusement parks with the 2D-3D CAD systems ( I.D.E.A.S. );
  • From August 1998 to January 2001 in the employ of Calearo S.r.l.:  designer for company operating in the design and manufacture of automotive antennas with the 2D-3D CAD systems (PRO/Engineer )

EDUCATION LEVEL :

  • Technical secondary school – specialized mechanics – in 1995  with final evaluation 45/60;
  • Currently registered in Marketing and Organization of Business at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia;

  • Training “QFD – Quality Function Deployment”, the methodology to design the product / service according to the user by the client expectations functions held by the Kaizen Institute of Italian life of 8 hours (24 February 2016);
